Our guides will give you technical advice, lead you on unknown and fantastic trails and provide you with cultural and historical knowledge of the valley! Adventure on the balconies of Méolans
"Adventure on the Méolans balconies" : A nice half-day mountain bike ride starting from the base. You will start on the Trans-Ubayenne road to then test the efficiency of our VAE on an ascent to + of 18%. A nice and long descent will follow, linking singles and semi-cross tracks. If you wish, this trip can end with a tasting at the Lachanence distillery.
Intermediate level required.
The Trans Ubayenne from the base to the lake of Serre-Ponçon
"Trans-Ubaye" : Discover the Trans Ubaye, a mythical mountain bike trail passing through the old railway tunnels, now unused and plunged in the dark... Your electric bikes will be equipped with powerful flashlights. This itinerary ends at the lake of Serre Ponçon!
You can consider this itinerary for half a day. - 15Kms - You will then ride to the lake and we will send a shuttle to pick you and your guide up.
But you can also do this itinerary for the full day. - 30Kms - After you get to the lake on the electric mountain bike, we will provide you with a picnic lunch of local products. You will eat together at the edge of the lake of Serre Ponçon. You will then return via the Trans Ubayenne... A day with a friendly atmosphere, punctuated by splendid landscapes.

Rental of electric mountain bikes
Electric mountain bike rental for the day or half-day. Go on an adventure, without too much effort , on one of the many trails nearby. Our team will be able to advise you on itineraries according to your level, all starting from the base.
Possibility to rent bikes from the Rapid'Eau Raft base or from our other point of sale: Camping Rioclar.
You will have the possibility, if you rent for the full day, to go as far as the Lac de Serre Ponçon and add to your mountain biking day a swim in the lake!
Top-of-the-range ELECTRIC BICYCLE : Giant & Lapierre brands, daily maintenance, very long autonomy (more than sufficient for a full day). Helmet are also provided.
